Will I be motivated to work for money or for the love of my job…
I think that it is very important for people to work at a place that they enjoy working. Although it is important to work at a job that pays well, people should still have a job they will like to do for a long time. I think that a person should have a job that they enjoy doing because they would be motivated to improve and learn new things about their profession. I think that a person should have a job that pays well but they should have a job that they would enjoy. I think that having a job that people enjoy doing motives people to continue their job. I think that a person that works in a job that pays well won’t be as motivated as a person working at a job that they enjoy doing.
Liliana, I certainly agree with your first statement. I can't imagine waking up each morning only to know I must report to a job that I dislike. It is great to enjoy the job you do, but I have to say people are motivated by so many factors and for some people, money is what motivates them. More than likely, if they are making a lot of money they are probably in a profession that requires certain talents or skills and their employer is paying them for their knowledge and performance. I have heard of people that just didn't want to deal with the "working" world, but I have to admit, I don't know anyone like that!

ReplyDeleteLiliana, I agree with you 100%! I believe that you should love your job because loving your job will get you motivated to wake up every morning and go to work with a smile! But if you don't love your job, it will probably lead you to a low depression and a lot of stress!

ReplyDeleteLiliana, I agree with your opinion that people should like their job and not care about the pay. Now days most people don't like their job, but still work because they get paid very well. I hope we all find a job that we enjoy and get paid pretty well.
